Request Account Deletion

If you would like to delete your Avinu account and all associated data, please follow the instructions below. We take your privacy seriously and will process your request promptly.

How to Delete Your Account

Delete it directly in the app

You can delete your account yourself, at any time, without contacting us:

  1. Open Avinu and sign in
  2. Tap the flag button in the top right corner
  3. Tap "Delete Account" at the bottom of the panel
  4. Confirm — your account and all data are erased immediately

If you can no longer access the app, write to us and we will delete the account for you:

Avinu Account Deletion Request

Include in your email:

  • Your registered email address
  • Your name (as registered in the app)
  • Confirmation that you want to delete your account

What Gets Deleted

When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • All authentication data
  • Any personalized settings or preferences
  • All data associated with your account

Processing Time

We will process your deletion request within 7 business days of receiving your email. You will receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been deleted.

Important Notes

  • Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
  • You will no longer be able to access the app with your deleted account
  • If you wish to use Avinu again, you will need to create a new account
  • Some data may be retained for legal or regulatory compliance purposes
